Districts 2024

Fusion Families and Students, 

Bad news and good news...

The BAD NEWS...we're not going to be able to go to Districts today due to the severe weather around Green Bay.

The GOOD NEWS...we'll still go, but will leave from Faith Church at 8:30AM tomorrow.  

The BEST NEWS...we are going to make a great memory here by having "Districts Woodruff" tonight instead here at Faith!  The doors will open at 4 for those who planned on getting here then for our leave...however, activities will start closer to 6.  We'll have dinner at 6:30 and then some games and worship before live-streaming the Rally starting around 8pm.  We'll do small groups, play some more group games and get some sleep before heading to GB tomorrow morning after breakfast.

Parents...a few important details so you know:

1.  If your student doesn't want to come tonight or you don't want to travel tonight, we will leave that up to you...please just have them here by 8:30am tomorrow.

2.  If your student plans to join us here tonight, please know that we will have at least 10 adults here supervising.  We will have guys and girls sleeping in different parts of the building.  

3.  The doors will "lock" at 8pm for the night.  Once students are here, we ask that they stay for the night.  The only way we would let someone leave is if I have heard from you as their parent/guardian.

4.  We recognize that most students don't have sleeping bags/pillows with them...sorry for that inconvenience in having to get that here somehow (most likely). 

5.  Showers are available here at church if needed.

If your student will not be joining us for the night tonight, I don't need to know that...we will just do a check-in upon arrival so we know who's here.

If your student will not be joining us to go to Districts in Green Bay in the morning, please let me know asap.

I'm sure there will be some more individualized questions, so please send them to me if needed.
